I was talking with my wife about the post last night and I think that it’s best to release an episode based on what I’ve written so far.
As I’ll explain in the monomyth show, the seventeen steps group into three larger groups. The six sections that I fished complete the first section. I’ll do some minor changes to the script and release a show in the next couple of days.
Ah…The fickle nature of podcasting!

Just an idea, but why don’t you come up with a few 15 minute shows to throw in the feed when something like this comes up? I’m sure none of us are overly upset about you missing a deadline, we have lives too. But maybe having these to fall back on in times of trouble will take some of the pressure off.
It could be something as simple as examples of things you have recently covered. For example, grab one of Aesop’s fables and a parable from the New Testament and outline their differences as discussed in the last podcast. You could knock that out in a day or two and buy two more weeks time to finish the monomyth podcast.
That is a great suggestion.
I have a new show concept that I will be discussing in the show that I am editing right now. It’s spooky how close it is to your suggestion.
