What a great Expo. While I was only there on Friday and Saturday, it was a lot of fun to see some of the same people from last year, listen to the different sessions, and podcast live from the OC Podcaster’s booth.
The live MythShow went well, but I learned a couple of things:
- An hour is WAY TOO LONG!
- I should have planned guests
I’m really grateful for those PNME attendees that were willing to come on the show. I hope that those listening live on Talkshoe enjoyed the show. When I receive the raw audio, I’ll edit it down to the good parts and release it on the Myth Show feed.
This year, instead of taking pictures, I took my Zoom H4 mic and collected Myth Minute bumpers from a lot of different podcasters. They turned out great considering some of the different recording settings I found myself in when I found the individuals.
I’m definitely going to use them for future Myth Minute shows but I may use them as edit inserts for the live show.
I got a lot of great ideas coming for the two podcasts and I’m looking forward to implementing them. The changes may be subtle in some cases and more drastic in others. You’ll notice them when they happen.
Until then,
